Title IX Information

The Walton County School Board does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or age in the provision of educational opportunities or employment opportunities and benefits.  The School Board does not discriminate on the basis of sex, which also includes sexual harassment, pursuant to the requirements of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.  The right not to be discriminated against extends to both employees and students of the Walton County School District.  More information about Title IX can be found in Walton County School Board Policy 2.71:  Title IX Policy Prohibiting Sexual Harassment and Sexual Discrimination
