Classrooms and hallways at Butler Elementary School were filled with activities related to Dr. Seuss as the school celebrated his birthday during Read Across America week.  Students enjoyed a variety of dress up activities that included wearing silly clothing items associated with books such as Fox in Socks and Wacky Wednesday, guest readers including parents and characters from Dr. Seuss books, and art activities related to texts read during class.
